IN-BUILT SAFETY FEATURES
Safety is not an extra, it is at the heart of every bed we develop
-
A built-in backup battery ensures that the bed maintains its functionability in the event of a power outrage.
-
The back/leg rest actuators have "zero-force" pulling features. This means that any body parts caught would not be subjected to crushing force from the actuators. Only the gravitational weight on the mattress panels base guides the retracting movements hence minimizing severe injuries.
-
The trendelenburg tilting mechanism minimizes back injuries to the caregivers. It's ergonomic handles, guided by carefully calculated gas spring force ensures that no lifting motion is required by the caregivers. Only downward movements require any effort, hence minimizing the occurrence of back injuries.
-
The rounded-off corners of the mattress base simplifies the work of medical staff by preventing finger during linen procedures.
